Our Return Process

Our customers are our most important asset and we strive to exceed the expectations of every one of you. If, however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and we must be notified within 21 days that the item is being returned. Our US toll free number is 1-866-932-4032.

- Items returned without certificate will be subject to a $75 replacement fee.

- Refunds will be issued only after examination of returned item.

In order to safely return your item to us please use the following guidelines:

1. All items must be sent in original packaging (or similar box) with all its original contents and must be sealed closed with tape.

4. Please include all documentation proving that item is a return including copies of the original waybill, customs documents and proof of VAT payment (if applicable).
