I was a very difficult customer. I was nervous and picky about everything to do with this ring from the design to shipping. Communication from Heidi was excellent. She answered all my questions in detail and reassured me that everything would be fine on several occasions. When I requested some changes in the 3D design, they were very quick to implement them.
