Why butterfly fastenings and not screw backs?
While screw back earrings can be an excellent way to secure your earrings, should one of the screws get lost, matching the screw to a replacement fastening can be a frustrating challenge. With high quality push backs, you'll enjoy comfort, security and convenience. Should you still prefer screw or alpha fastenings for your earrings, please contact us to make the request before placing your order.
When will my order ship?
All of our jewelry is made to order and so requires 5-7 working days to be crafted. Platinum jewelry can take 1-2 days extra as it requires more work to cast and polish.
Is my order insured?
Yes. You're covered until your fine jewelry is safely delivered. We ship thousands of pieces of fine jewelry every year smoothly and securely.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. We believe in the quality of our products so much that even though they're made to order, we still accept returns.
Is a moissanite forever?
Yes. Similar to diamonds, moissanite gemstones are extremely hard, durable gemstones with high brilliance for life.
What is D/VVS quality?
